Daisy Marsh
Daisy is a psychodynamic psychotherapist working with adults
I’m Daisy - a psychotherapist, a creative thinker, a nature dweller, and, like you, a person navigating life’s complexities. These parts of who I am inform my work in the therapy room, just as your unique experiences will shape our work together.
My approach is warm, compassionate, and relational. I draw on a range of therapeutic tools, with a grounding in psychodynamic principles, to tailor our sessions to your individual needs. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all - your story is unique, and our work will reflect that. My aim is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and understood.
Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, identity questions, or the echoes of past experiences, I’ll meet you where you are. Together, we’ll explore the deeper patterns and emotions that influence your life and relationships, working towards greater self-understanding, acceptance, and meaningful change.
I offer both online sessions and in-person therapy from a calm and welcoming space in Peckham. My practice is LGBTQIA+ inclusive, and I’m committed to continually expanding my knowledge through ongoing training in equity, diversity and inclusion. I believe it’s essential to understand people not just in isolation, but within the systems and relationships they’re part of.
