Lisa Romanova

I am a BACP-registered psychotherapist working with adults and couples.

I combine depth, clarity, and gentle challenge to help you move beyond painful relationship patterns, emotional overwhelm, and feeling stuck in old roles.

Drawing on integrative, attachment-focused therapy, I weave together somatic, cognitive, and relational approaches to address anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma responses, and difficulties with communication and trust. How we work together is tailored to your history, goals, and current circumstances, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and emotional safety.

With almost a decade of experience supporting clients through anxiety, anger, betrayal, breakups, communication breakdowns, and complex family dynamics, I help you identify your relational “blueprint” and actively reshape it so you can create healthier boundaries, more secure connections, and a more compassionate relationship with yourself and others.
I offer both individual and couples therapy, in person from the South London Therapy Group rooms SE15 on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and online on Mondays, Tuesdays and Saturdays. If you feel you are ready to make lasting changes and stop navigating the complexity of your relationships alone, let's connect.
